About this object

Strottner-Drechsler 124 (StSr124) is a planetary nebula candidate in the constellation Pegasus. It's fairly large with a size of approximately 33 arc min. StDr124 seems to have only H𝛼 emission. I did not detect any appreciable [OIII] emission. StDr 124 is really faint and required considerable stretching to be visible. To me it StDr 124 seems more like a ISM nebula but will leave that to the professionals to determine. Also within the image is an area of molecular dust call PGCC G091.40-19.27. Other very faint H𝛼 emission is visible barely above the background. Quite a few faint PGC galaxies also are present in this field. The image was taken with Stellarvue SV 80s f6 refractor along with a ZWO ASI 2600 MC pro camera. The H𝛼/OIII data was taken using a Antlia ALP-T 5nm H𝛼/OIII filter. Total exposure time 22.23 hrs.
